Vacuum Furnace
Equipment for heating in a vacuum environment. The high vacuum pump system is connected by pipes in a furnace sealed by a metal casing or a quartz glass casing. Furnace vacuum up to 133×(10-2 ~ 10-4)Pa. The heating system in the furnace can be heated directly with resistance wire (such as tungsten wire), and also can be heated by high-frequency induction. The highest temperature can reach about 3000ºC. It is mainly used in ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, electric vacuum parts degassing, annealing, brazing of metal parts, and ceramic-metal sealing.
