Jingsheng 0.5mm infrared thermal imaging infrared temperature measurement germanium sheet window 7-14um double-sided coating DLC hard film Ultra-thin 0.5mm infrared germanium window 7-14um anti-reflection film is also called protective window. It has low absorption at infrared wavelengths and can transmit visible light. It is a material for making infrared lenses, windows, output coupling mirrors and beam expanders. In high power applications, tight control of material uptake and internal defects is critical. This requires not only optical polishing techniques that cause minimal damage to optical components, but also high-quality optical thin-film coatings. The material's absorptivity was checked by CO2 laser vacuum calorimetry. Our Quality Assurance department will provide testing upon customer request and certify the specified optics. Typical polished diameters for zinc selenide optics are between 5 and 300 mm. We can manufacture optical components with diameters up to 300mm and thicknesses below 25mm according to customer requirements. Zinc selenide is not hygroscopic and chemically stable (unless it is treated with strong acids). You can safely use this material in most industrial, field and laboratory environments.
