Applications

Floating Cable relies on foam core extrusion capabilities to achieve precise cable buoyancy requirements. It is flexible, movable,UV-stable, good bendability, and abrasion-resistant and may be fitted with choice of jackets to achieve resistance to various chemicals including acids, salt water, oil, and gasoline. Cable is suited for powering and 

controlling robotic cleaning systems in swimming pools and aquarium facilities as well as marine applications and submersible environmental pumping systems

Product characteristics

High flexibility - many strands of finely twisted oxygen free copper wires are used as conductors to ensure the  softness of the wire body;

Bending resistance - optimized cable pitch + special structural design + careful material selection, suitable for high-frequency bending occasions;

Anti electronic interference - the overall tinned copper wire braided shielding density is more than 85%, which  effectively resists external high-frequency electromagnetic interference;

Tensile - flexible wrapping material - non-woven wrapped wire body + anti drawing filling, which can effectively buffer the back and forth bending movement of the cable;

• The cable adopts special flexible special sheath material (the color can be selected by the customer). The bending life is more than 6 million times, and the sheath will not break;
• Cable has flexibility, wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, tensile resistance, excellent waterproof and anti-aging properties.
• The designed cable specific gravity is infinitely close to the specific gravity of water, and the cable can float on the water surface
