Working Principle:
1. Tubular casing: The conveyor is enclosed in a tubular casing. During transportation, it can provide structural support and prevent materials from leaking. Based on application requirements, the casing can be made from various materials.
2. Shaft with spiral screw: Inside the tubular casing, there is a central rotating shaft that can extend the length of the conveyor. What is mounted along this shaft is a spiral screw usually in the form of a continuous helical flight. As the shaft rotates, the screw creates a progressive propelling force to let materials move along the length of the conveyor.
3. Incline capability: The design of the screw and its pitch allows the conveyor to operate at inclines. The incline angle will depend on the specific configuration of the conveyor and the characteristics of the conveyed materials.
4. Drives and bearings: The shaft is connected to a drive mechanism, such as an electric motor or gear reducer, which power the rotation of the screw. Bearings are used to support the rotating shaft, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing friction.

Whole machine 1 year. In warranty period, the new parts which are free will be sent to you to replace the broken ones.
6. What are the payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, or 100% L/C at sight. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7. Is the updated production process information available?
After order is confirmed, the updated production details such as products photos and videos will be available for you.The machine should be delivered after we test it and confirm its operation with you.
