•Cost-Effective Solutions
We led the charge in developing an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own cutting-edge sintering furnace with advanced temperature field control technology. This breakthrough enhances the output of a single furnace by ten times, halves the sintering cycle, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering. Our trailblazing achievements have been honored with three invention patents.
• High Purity Excellence
As pioneers, we crafted a nano-boron carbide powder process and proprietary grinding equipment with state-of-the-art grinding media. This innovation allows us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an astounding purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have garnered two invention patents for this technological triumph.

Our infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
