CWNS series fully automatic oil and gas atmospheric hot water boiler adopts a shell-type three-pass, full-wet back structure. The fuel burns in the furnace under slight positive pressure, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the first threaded smoke tube bundle along the back of the furnace through the combustion chamber and enters the second tube bundle after turning 180 degrees through the compression front smoke box, and passes through the heat exchanger into the atmosphere.
The boilers are widely used in hospitals, schools, textiles, clothing, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, guesthouses, canteens, dining halls, bathing centers, steam baths, steam rooms, swimming pools, etc., as well as all kinds of factories that need heat.
The biggest feature of this boiler is that the boiler is centrally symmetrical, and the boiler adopts a full wet back structure, with a large inner cylinder and an eccentric firebox structure, which is conducive to expanding the sufficient radiation heating surface. The convection heating surface is composed of the tube bundles of the second return and the third return. The front tube plate of the back combustion chamber is connected to the furnace. The turning smoke chamber of the second return and the third return constitutes the front smoke box, where the temperature of the smoke is lower than 500°C. Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box adopts fire-resistant insulation materials of the sober structure. The water mixing device installed in the return water inlet of the boiler, the return water first flushes the smoke pipe bundle and then contacts the furnace, which increases the water temperature of the return water contacting the furnace and avoids the phenomenon of local boiling.
1. The flue gas flow adopts a jacketed three-pass arrangement, a wet-back structure, and a large heating area.
2. Equipped with a high-quality imported burner (low NOx burner), the harmful components in the flue gas are lower than the national standard, which is an environmentally friendly product. Complete combustion, low noise, safe and efficiency, and environmental protection indicators are in line with national requirements.
3. The exhaust port is equipped with a condensing heat exchanger, and the water vapor in the condensed flue gas absorbs the latent heat of condensation, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The boiler body is connected to the atmosphere, equipped with an expansion tank, and operates under normal pressure without potential safety hazards.
4. The boiler can be equipped with advanced touchscreen computer controllers or digital computer controllers, which have timing control, work recording, monitoring, and alarm functions, and can be equipped with a manufacturer's timing lock.
5. Boiler operation realizes automatic control, automatic adjustment of outlet and return water temperature, boiler automatic ignition program starts, equipped with various alarm interlock protection devices to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operation of the boiler, and is relatively easy to install and use. 6. Scale alarm function (optional) monitors the water quality of the heating surface in real-time and automatically alarms once it exceeds the standard.
