CY-R sequence patio drilling rig adopts the international mainstream column structure, which is reliable, quick to dismantle and assemble, easy to maintain, and has small working space.
Load-sensitive high-pressure hydraulic system
CY-R series patio drilling rig adopts 40MPA constant power control, load-sensitive, multi-filtering and fully proportional electromagnetic control high-pressure hydraulic system for the first time in China, which has high degree of intelligence, high power density, strong anti-fouling ability, and a more stable and reliable system, and it can be used to make deep-hole drilling in hard rock.

Two drilling modes and three operation modes
The control system has two working modes (high-precision drilling mode and fast drilling mode) and three operation modes (manual, wireline control and wireless), which allow users to choose the working mode according to the precision requirements of the wells and the geological conditions, and the operation mode according to the site operation location and the actual situation.
Fully mechanized rod pick-up and unloading system
With the help of automatic positioning technology and dynamic insert structure, the drilling rig can realize fully mechanized rod pickup and unloading operation through two hydraulic wrenches, without the need for a bystander to direct the other side of the mouth, which greatly reduces the work intensity of operators and saves auxiliary operation time.
RCS Intelligent Control System
CY-R series patio drilling rigs are equipped with RCS intelligent control system, which has the functions of safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnected communication and digital display (see the introduction of RCS intelligent control system for details).
