Our company EASTAI is one of the leading China hydraulic honed tube suppliers and manufacturers located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Our factory manufactures and supplies hone tubes (honed pipe) in a wide range of dimensions in material SAE1020, ST52, SAE1045, 4140 and stainless steels for nearly 30 years.

* Reliable Packing: All the honed pipe will be oiled by the anti-rust oil before delivery. And to protect the inner diameter
surface of the honed ID tubing, we will cap the tube ends with plastic end caps, or if customer request we can weld a steel cap to protect the inner diameter of the honed id tubing during loading and unloading. And then the honed pipes will be packed with seaworthy package such as wooden cases or plastic bags.
* Strictly quality control: Our factory has a QC team of more than 10 persons. Every honed cylinder tube will be inspected before shipment. The inspections are carried according to corresponding standards and customers' requests, main test which including: Chemical Analysis Test, Tensile Test, Dimension Inspection, Roughness Test, Chrome plated thickness test, straightness inspection, and other tests according to standards and cusotmer's requirements.

Honed tube is well known as hydraulic cylinder tube in many industries. This is because honed tube is ready to use for hydraulic cylinder applications without further ID processing. This product is the most important materials for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders. And as this kind of tubing is usually honed in tube inside diameter, it is known as honed ID tubing also.

In order to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smoothly ID surface, the honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material.
 
Besides the honing process, we also use the SRB process (skiving and roller burnishing) to produce honed tubing.

Honed tube for hydraulic cylinder is ready to use for producing or repairing hydraulic cylinders without any further ID

E355 honed tubes are honed cylinder tubes made of material steel grade E355, and with standard of EN 10305-1. Actually steel E355 is equal to ST52 / St52.3.
