D - type Compressor
Definition and Core Technology of D - type Compressor
The "D - type compressor" is a symmetrically balanced reciprocating compressor with the following key features:
- Structural Advantages:
- The cylinders are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the crankshaft, which can counteract the inertial force, resulting in minimal vibration and stable operation.
- It is applicable to medium - to - high pressure (0.5 - 35 MPa) and small - to - medium gas volume (0.1 - 100 m³/min) application scenarios.
- Key Technical Parameters:
- Pressure Levels: Low pressure (<5 MPa), medium pressure (5 - 15 MPa), high pressure (>15 MPa).
- Drive Methods: Electric motors (for fixed installations) or gas engines (for remote off - grid areas).
- Material Requirements: Stainless steel or anti - corrosion coatings are used when dealing with high - sulfur gases; heat - resistant alloys are used in high - temperature environments.
Key Application Areas
- Oil and Gas:
- Natural gas transmission boosting, associated gas recovery, enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
- Liquefied natural gas (LNG) precooling compression, gas storage injection.
- Chemical and Petrochemical:
- Synthesis gas compression in ammonia/urea production.
- Cracked gas compression in ethylene plants.
- Power and Energy:
- Gas turbine auxiliary compression, fuel cell gas supply systems.
- Compressed air energy storage (CAES).
- Industry and Refrigeration:
- Large - scale cold storage refrigeration units, industrial process gas compression.
Advantages of Our Company
- Adaptability to Operating Conditions.
