The KDZD832 intelligent battery activator (2V-24V all-in-one machine, suitable for 2V, 6V, 12V/24V batteries, hereinafter referred to as the activator) is a portable product designed for handling outdated batteries in daily maintenance. It has four independent usage modes: battery discharge mode, battery charging mode, battery activation mode, and battery internal resistance testing function.
Capacity tests can be conducted on outdated batteries based on their different practical situations. Low voltage constant current charging can be used, or multiple cycle periods can be set to cycle and discharge the battery with the minimum capacity multiple times, in order to activate the active substances that cause the failure of the battery plates and improve the capacity of outdated batteries.
Simultaneously equipped with PC application software, the collected data is uploaded to the computer for various analyses.

The activator can perform constant current discharge on individual batteries by setting parameters such as discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity, and termination voltage. The instrument automatically executes the discharge function and displays real-time data such as discharge current, discharged capacity, battery voltage, and discharge time; The discharge test can be stopped when the battery reaches the preset termination discharge condition or when the operation is manually suspended.
3. Single battery charging function:
When the battery is in online float charging or offline state, it can be automatically charged by setting parameters such as charging current, charging time, termination voltage, etc. The instrument will automatically perform the charging function and display real-time data such as charging current, battery capacity, battery voltage, charging time, etc. When the battery reaches the preset termination charging conditions or is manually terminated, charging can be stopped.
