Features
The machine is mainly divided into three main parts: positioning module, cornering module and molding module, which can realize the continuous completion of a series of processes such as automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing, automatic cornering, automatic positioning, automatic molding and automatic bubble pressing for all kinds of paper boxes, wooden boxes and plastic boxes. It can adapt to a wide range of box types, with fast transfer speed and exquisite box body. The automatic deflection correction of the positioning module, the non-stick tape groove and double-riser paper table of the corner sticking module, the servo cam wrapping, deflection correction and deep folding of the molding module, the soft-sided beveled carton box, the horizontal and vertical folding lugs, and the folding lugs of the alignment lugs, etc. are all researched and developed and designed by our company and have obtained a number of national patents.
