Series Bevel Gear for Transmission is a gear transmission
between intersecting shafts consisting of a pair of bevel gears, also known as a bevel gear transmission.
Bevel gear teeth can be divided into the following four types:
1 high-tooth gear, the tooth height from the big end to the small end is constant,
and is often used for cycloidal bevel gears.
The adjustment of the tool and machine tool for processing such teeth is relatively simple;
2 Normally shrinking the teeth, the top cone apex,
the pitch cone apex and the root cone apex coincide,
and the tooth is also used in the straight bevel gear,
but the tooth root rounding is small,
which is not conducive to the root strength and the life of the cutting tool;
3, such as the first gap shrinking teeth,
the top cone busbar is parallel with the root cone busbar of the meshing gear teeth,
and the gap between the big end and the small end tooth is equal;
4 double shrinking teeth, the top cone apex,
the pitch cone apex and the root cone The vertices do not coincide,
and the top cone busbars are parallel to the root cone busbars of the meshing gear teeth.
