The flexible single-sphere rubber flexible joint is also called rubber tube flexible joint, flexible rubber joint, rubber flexible joint, flexible rubber joint, high-pressure rubber joint, rubber shock absorber, compensator, etc. According to the connection method, it can be divided into three types: loose flange type, fixed flange type and threaded type; according to the structure, it can be divided into five types: single sphere, double sphere, different diameter body, eccentric different diameter body, curved sphere and fan coil. The tubular rubber part is composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, cord layer and wire ring, which is combined with metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve after vulcanization. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It is widely used in various pipeline systems.
The product can resist natural changes in weather and automatically extend during use. Its structural material is made of impregnated nylon cord cloth, and the inner and outer surfaces are made of high-strength aging-resistant polar rubber material. In order to prevent the product from shrinking naturally and reducing aging and cracking during long-term use, mesh steel wire is used for multi-body protection.
