Operation Instructions
Printing
-Printer setup. Optimize your printer settings for the best results. Print your chosen design onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl for vivid and durable outcomes.
Cutting
-Effortlessly cut out your printed design either manually or using precision cutting machines for accuracy.
-Image Removing
Carefully remove the top printed layer from the PET base of the transfer vinyl to prepare for application.
Transferring
-Preheat your heat press machine to a precise 125-165ºC/257-329°F to ensure optimal transfer results.
-Align the coating on the textile, ensuring the printed image faces upwards for impeccable application.
-Apply firm pressure for 15-30 seconds, then gently remove the textile and cool peel the transfer film. Enjoy the flexibility of reusing the transfer film multiple times.
Washing
-For best results, refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash in cold or tepid water, maintaining temperatures below 40ºC/104ºF for longevity.
-Steer clear of harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently hand wash to preserve the transfer pattern. Avoid wringing and opt for line-drying in the shade for best results.
-Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the quality of the transferred image.
