Application: DBHZ-350 PVC/PET Label Center glue Sealing Machine is specialized in sealing PVC, PET etc. Sheet film to be sleeved roll label. (like beverage bottle label)

2. FEATURE:
Unwinding system:
1. Unwinding shaft is 3inch airshaft.
2. Edge position controlling system: Photosensor get the signal and send it to controller. Controller give the signal to execution equipment and let the unwinding part move right and left making the film edge orderliness. EPC range: ± 50mm. Precision: ± 0.3mm
3. Unwinding tension controlling system: It's included in high precision rotary encoder, Magnetic powder brake, Tension sensor, PLC, 7inch Touchscreen etc. Human-machine talking conveniently. Total system can make the film suitable nervous. When unwinding diameter change smaller and smaller, the tension will change based on the changeable unwinding diameter.
Pump Gluing system:
Pump Gluing system is controlled by PLC. It will keep the same step with the machine running speed. Gluing quantity controlling system can control the glue quantity, machine stop glue getting back, no pollution on film, operation easily.
Rewinding system:
1. Rewinding shaft adopt 3inch airshaft.
2. Rewinding tension controlling system: It's included in high precision rotary encoder, inverter motor, Inverter, Tension system, PLC, 7inch Touchscreen etc. Human-machine talking conveniently. Total system can make the film suitable nervous. When unwinding diameter change smaller and smaller, the tension will change based on the changeable unwinding diameter.
3. Meter-counter and corona treatment equipment is included.
4. Flash light keep the same step with the machine by flash sensor.
