Full automaric ecological decoration gypsum board production line is mainly composed of dosing system, materials preparation system, forming system, demolding system, post surface treatment system etc., which suscessfully replaced traditional hand-made model and easy replacement of the product shapes. The final products have the functions of fire-resistant, clean air, water insulation, zero irradiation, zero radiation, decomposition & purification formaldehyde etc.

Even the shield paper of the traditional board is anti-water, there are gaps in the material junctions. Our paperless and water proof plaster board keeps the wall dry even in rainy weather.
