The creation of this extraordinary metallized paper begins with the application of a specialized glue precoat on PET or BOPP film. A virtually invisible thin layer of aluminum is then meticulously evaporated onto the film. The final step involves artfully transferring the metallized layer from the film to the base paper, culminating in the removal of the transparent film, unveiling its pure, metallic sheen.
