3D Scan Body Usage Process:
1. Put the Implant.
2. Insert the 3D scan body.
3. Take silicone rubber impressions.
4. Scan the gypsum model.
5. Design the abutment/crown.
6. Edit the 3D model.
7. Mill the abutment/crown.
8. Remove the 3D scan body.
9. Place the designed abutment and bonding permanent crown.
Height Selection

Determine the patient's gingival height. The healing abutment has numerical indicators; the middle number represents the height. Traditional healing caps come in heights of 3/5/7, corresponding to MIO 3D scan body height options of 4/6/8. During installation, the scan body should protrude 1-2 mm for accurate database matching when making models.
