DST-500 High Speed disposable plastic glove making machine
IT is a fully developed model on the base of long term experiences on manufacturing HDPE and LDPE bag making machine. It performs stably and automatically, and easy for operation and maintenance. Instead of the old traditional wire heating type, CST-500/700 has become the ideal equipment for mass production of PE, EVA and CPE plastic disposable gloves. The machine can also make ice cube bag, fingerstall and other special plastic products.
The main driving system adopts 1.5kw/220V Panasonic inverter and frequency motor for its reliability and low noise.
The controlling system is controlled by an individual computer, driven by a 3phase stepping motor and driver. It requests less maintenance and repairs cost, and makes low noise during performance.
