Automatic Welding Machine for Transformer Corrugated Fin
Equipment is composed of three parts: feeding roller, main machine, discharge roller.
Main machine include the base, two sets of symmetrical width adjustable slider, transfer device, positioning device, welding device, two sets of MIG welding machine, compressed air system and electric control system.
Machine is easy to be operated, the operator adjust the slider according to corrugated fin width before operated and input the parameters into the touch screen, such as welding corrugated fin (height, Corrugation Pitch distance) and welding speed, welding form, etc. The operator put the corrugated fin into main machine from the feeding roller by manual, the sensor set up at the entrance of main equipment start to operate automatically after receiving the signal.
2.1 Corrugated fin basic parameters
Raw material: ST12/SPCC cold-rolled sheet
Material thickness: 1.0-1.5mm
Corrugated Fin form: front distance or back distance, horizontal or up-curved shape. Reinforced bars position is on the upside of the seam of corrugated fin.
Corrugated fin width: 300-1600(±1)mm
Corrugation Pitch distance:40-80(±0.25)mm
Any ten Corrugation Pitch distance accumulative tolerance ≤±2mm, The bottom of Corrugation fin diagonal tolerance≤3mm
Corrugation Fin height:50-400(±0.20)mm
Cavity oil gap: 6(±0.60)mm
Reinforcing bars: Φ8-Φ10
Others: corrugated fin seam should be straight, tolerance of commissure ≤±0.10mm.Corrugated fin should be natural droop state in the length direction, the two terminal plane tolerance in length direction ≤±3mm.
