G100 master link assembly are produced with super quality alloy steel, which are used to assemble G100 chains and other G100 accessories. The main link are forged, the sub links are welded.
For welded links, after checking batch materials by spectograph to ensure qualified raw material, we make welding quality checks and bend test to make sure the welded joint is of right quality. During bend test, we choose three test piece samples and test, and bend them in a shock free manner in the bend test equipment. Test pieces taken from the links to be tested will contain a central weld and will have a length of 5 times the link diameter.
