HCT-208--Machine Introduction:
1. Two axis which can work in single-step or synchronously.
2. Equipped with right or left-handed winding blade rest.
3. Spring programs can be saved to the computers internal memory.
4. Computer interface displayed in Chinese and English makes the operation easy.
5. Can make sample by hand wheel.
HCT-208 High Speed Spring Coiling Machine adopts Japan servo motor and TaiWan control system (Spring Length Gauge is optional).
It's with Feeding axis, Cam axis, which can work independently and synchronously.
It is matched with Left and Right hand Cutter base and optional Torsion Spring device, which can produce kinds of Compression Spring, Tower Spring, Remote Control Springs, Button Springs, Drum-Shaped springs, Gun Springs, Square Springs, torsion spring and extension spring etc. with the advantage of shorter-testing time and high production rate.
