Dongzheng 08 spring coiling machine is a special machine specializing in the production of coling springs. It can produce products with wire diameters of 0.08mm-0.8mm in various wire materials such as flat wires, copper wires, carbon steel wires, etc. Commonly used products include electronic springs. The machine is 0.66 meters long, 0.8 meters wide, 1.4 meters high and weighs about 350kg. The power input of this machine is 380V 50HZ. The machine is equipped with 2 axes, a 1kw motor used for the wire feeding part and a 1kw motor used for cam rotation. The machine can be equipped with optional torsion spring equipment or length checker, and can also be used with probes for probe compensation function. Each machine is equipped with an 80kg automatic wire feeding machine for joint use. Each machine is equipped with a CNC computer to control the operation of the equipment.
