2. Automation:PP strapping tape production equipment has advanced technology and adopts a metering extrusion system. The strapping tape produced can be used in various fully automatic and semi-automatic strapping machines at home and abroad.
3. High output: The PP strapping belt production line has a fast line speed of 200-300 meters/minute, high output and low energy consumption.
4. Screw: High-precision extruder special screw, adopts well-known brand, unique parameter design, has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness and good wear resistance.
5.Process details: Unique cooling circulation system, multiple sets of shaping guide rails, so that the strapping tape can be cooled, shrunk and shaped better, the size is more accurate, and the internal reciprocating winding method is adopted to make full use of thermal energy and efficiently reduce power loss. High-strength alloy steel wheels, shafts, gears, etc., after carburizing, quenching, grinding and other processes, are wear-resistant and durable, effectively reducing the failure rate of equipment.
6.Embossing wheel: High-precision embossing wheel, clear embossing, adjustable pressure, making the strapping more beautiful.
7.Wrapping machine: The wrapping machine of PP strapping tape production equipment can be matched with: automatic wrapping machine or semi-automatic wrapping machine.
