About us
Gold Sun established in Oct 2004 and is privately owned. The factory is around 80000 square meters in size and we have 500 workers and 5 specialized sewing group.
Gold Sun have invested heavily in machinery to make it the best textile factory in the airline industry. We have 126 sets of 3.6Meters jacquard machines, as well as 6 sets of quilting machines among those we have 10 very modern high tech electronic jacquard machines. 150 workers for weaving lines, and 20 for quilting lines) Our yearly productivity for jacquard blankets is 6 million.
To highlight our flexibility and desire we have also bought 8 new automatic thread cutting computer embroidery machines(15 workers) in order to ensure the yearly production of 4.7 million delta blankets. In addition we have 16 production lines(around 100 workers) for airline non woven headrest covers and pillowcases with an annual yearly production of 6 billion pieces.
since 2013, which enjoy great popularity and prestige in both domestic and overseas personal protective equipment market, We have been manufacturing and exporting medical protective clothing and isolation gowns to Europe, America etc. Furthermore, in 2018, we have got ISO, CE, certificates and finished FDA registration this year.
