Product Description
Our company borrowed the scratch technology of aluminum cathode carbon bricks from the processing technology of electric furnace carbon bricks as early as 2000. On this basis, after more than a decade of continuous exploration and innovation, a single and double slotted mortise and tenon structure of carbon bricks was formed in 2012. After years of application in various large-scale mine heating furnace bottom masonry, the bonding strength between carbon bricks has been improved, greatly reducing the probability of molten iron penetrating cracks and causing furnace piercing accidents. The effect is significant.

There are several advantages to using carbon bricks with high strength, pressure resistance, and erosion resistance to build the furnace bottom for large-scale ore heating furnaces:

1. Reduce gaps;

2. Large single weight, anti-loosening, and anti-drift;

3. Large single surface area, large bonding area between carbon blocks, and high bonding strength;

4. High strength, good wear resistance, and enhanced erosion resistance;

5. Low porosity, strong anti-seepage ability, and ability to slow down the peeling and peeling caused by the infiltration and erosion of molten carbon brick surface;

6. High flexural strength reduces the brittleness of carbon bricks. Ensuring the stability of the internal structure of carbon bricks under thermal shock;

7. Low ash content, enhanced acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance;

8. Slotted locking buckles on both sides of the carbon brick reduce the probability of molten iron penetrating the gaps of the carbon brick;

9. Match the joint paste with the same material as carbon bricks to enhance the resistance of the joint to penetration of molten iron;

10. Extending furnace life, reducing carbon consumption, and reducing carbon emissions are in line with the development trend of the "dual carbon" goal.
