The sand drying production line is used for drying sand, slag, clay and other raw materials, widely used in building materials, chemical industry, foundry industry, etc, can adapt to a variety of fuels such as coal, oil and gas. The main production equipment includes a feeding system, a three-return dryer, a dry sand screening machine, a dry sand elevator, a storage part and adust removal system. Reasonable configuration, high output, small area cover and low investment costs.
 
(1) Wet sand feeding system
The system consists of wet sand silo and feeding belt. Grilles are installed at the entrance of sand silos to prevent large and non-breakable materials from entering the production system.The feeding belt adopts skirt design and is installed at the lower outlet of the silo body. The belt motor is a frequency control motor, which can adjust the feeding speed according to customer requirements. In addition, the system is also equipped with sensors, which can timely monitor the amount of wet sand silo and remind the staff to add materials.
(2) Three cylinder dryer system
The wet sand material is sent to the dryer through a belt conveyor.The dryer consists of a combustion chamber, a barrel and a discharge end.The heat source may be provided by coal, natural gas or oil.The heat from the combustion enters the dryer
under the action of a fan.In the dryer, the hot air and the material through convection, conduction, radiation and other means of heat exchange.When the temperature rises, water exists in the form of steam and is expelled from the cyclone by the suction system to dry the material.The dried material is discharged through the discharge cover under the action of roller rotation and lifting plate.
 
(3) Dry sand screening machine
The screen box of the screening machine has a fully sealed structure, which effectively reduces the dust generated during the working process. The exciting force of this machine is provided by a new type of special vibration motor. The exciting force can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric block. The number of layers of the screen can be set The linear vibratory screening machine has the advantages of simple structure, energy saving and high efficiency, small area cover and low maintenance cost. according to the customer's requests. It is an ideal equipment for dry sand screening.

 
(4) Dust removal system
The dust removal system of the dry sand production line consists of a cyclone, a pulse dust collector, an induced draft fan and an
air duct. The cyclone is used as the system first-stage dust removal, which can effectively perform preliminary filtering of dust-containing gas and recover fine sand in the tail gas. The pulse dust collector is a secondary dust removal equipment of the system. It adopts high temperature resistant filter bags and the outside shell is covered with thermal insulation cotton to avoid the internal temperature of the dust collector being too low.

 
Working principle 
By the feeding device, the material enters the inner part of the rotating drum for subsequent drying. Due to the original arrangement, the material pushing the blades is tedded and moving in the opposite direction of the drum, effectively blowing hot flue gases.
Upon reaching the back due to the transferdevice, the material enters the second external chamber and is directed along it in the opposite direction. Everything alsohappens in the tracking third external chamber of the dryer drum.
