Product Description


The NP series of micro magnetic gear pumps are exquisitely crafted for small flow rate conveyance. They shine in applications with flow rates spanning from 2 ml/min to 65,000 ml/min, covering transportation, addition, lubrication, sampling, spraying, dispensing, printing, pressurization, filtering, cleaning, circulation, coating, spraying, and metering.

Equipped with a small integrated DC motor with a built-in drive, these pumps are adept in confined spaces. With explosion-proof motors, they are safe for flammable and explosive environments. Paired with variable-frequency DC/AC motors, they are precise for metering tasks requiring speed regulation.

Dominating the low-viscosity micro gear pump domain, they handle 20 Bar pressure conditions with ease and boast a remarkable service life exceeding 20,000 hours. Compact, with rapid real-time dynamic responses, stable flow, high accuracy, and leak-free, they offer unrivaled solutions for fluid handling.
 

Working Principle
 
 
The theoretical displacement of a pump is directly proportional to its rotational speed.
In actual operation, due to the existence of rotating clearances inside the pump, internal leakage will occur, and the actual flow rate of the pump is less than the theoretical displacement.
The higher the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the internal leakage in the pump and the closer the actual flow rate is to the theoretical flow rate.

Maximum dry running time:1000rpm (1 hour) . pump can safely running dry under 1000rpm. At 2000rpm, user need to stop the pump within 1 minute when detect no pressure build up as motor is running.
Import and export connection thread specifications: NPT 3/8", NPT 3/4"or other customized sizes.

Filtration: It is recommended to install a 400-mesh filter at the inlet. If it is a closed circulation system, the filter is advised to be installed at the pump inlet. The flow area of the filter should be large enough so as not to affect the normal liquid flow.
