The concept and principle of reactors
The reactor is a passive electronic component that is equally important as a capacitor and an inductor. Its function is similar to that of a capacitor, but it stores electromagnetic energy rather than electrical energy. It can adjust the voltage and current of the AC circuit to achieve the purpose of energy saving, voltage stabilization and noise reduction.
The principle of the reactor is based on the inductive properties of the steel core and coil, which realizes the adjustment of the circuit by hindering the speed and direction of the electronic flow. When the alternating current passes through the reactor, due to the change of the current in the circuit, an induction voltage perpendicular to the direction of the flow will be generated, thus adjusting the current in the circuit.

The reactor is mainly used in the power system, to adjust the reactive power distribution in the system, reduce the power frequency voltage, and suppress the harmonic current and flicker. The following are some common applications:
