Direct Discharging Vibrating Screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator. It is mainly equipped with 1 layer for 2 different powder size sieving, better performance for coarse powder screening or wet and dry scalping, like wheat flour, washing powder, starch,food additives, chemical powders, etc. It has the characteristic of large sieving capacity, easy to combine with the production line. There are diameter size from 600mm to 1800mm for choice.
Machine Structures
There are two types of direct discharge vibrating screen, single motor and double motors design.

The direct discharge vibrating screen uses the phase angle of two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) installed on the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shafts on both sides and the intersection angle between the two motors to change the rotational motion of the vibration motor into horizontal, vertical, tilt and The multiple forces of centrifugal action overlap, and then this force is transferred to the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. Adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can change the size of the excitation force and the movement trajectory of the material. The discharge outlet of the direct discharge vibrating screen adopts a straight-row screen structure, which improves the discharge speed and discharge volume, and is more suitable for rough screening processes such as impurity removal and scalping.
- High sieving efficiency: Double motor to drive the sieving machine to make the powder sifted by the different aperture mesh size, which is stronger force than the single motor.
- High sieving capacity: There will be larger aperture size, larger sieving area with larger power so it will have higher sieving capacity and suitable for higher capacity production line.
- Better self cleaning function: The impact force generated by the double-motor can effectively prevent screen clogging, and its special self-cleaning design can effectively clean the material on the screen to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the screening
- Adjustable vibration force: The vibration force of the double motor direct discharge vibrating screen can be adjusted by adjusting the motor center of gravity and vibration parameters to adapt to the screening requirements of different materials, to achieve accurate control and operation
