ZY-1HP Air-cooled Laser Chiller
The ZY series air-cooled chiller provides temperatures from 3 to 30 degrees Celsius, with a low-temperature model achieving as low as -25°C (±1°C accuracy). It has a refrigeration capacity of 2528-187499 Kcal/h and compressor power ranging from 0.5 to 60 HP.
This chiller is widely used in various industries, including injection molding and vacuum forming in plastics, where it helps control mold temperatures to improve product formation, surface finish, and transmittance rates.
It is also suitable for cooling CNC machine tools and other precision machinery, effectively managing spindle lubricants and hydraulic fluids to reduce thermal deformation and enhance machining accuracy. Additionally, the chiller is applicable in electroplating, food processing, and the bleaching and dyeing industries.
