How to Mix 2-component Epoxy Pool Paint:
| There are two buckets of components A and B, which need to be mixed according to the stated ratio before use, component A and B can't be used alone without mixing together. |
| Component A is curing agent, component B is paint. The ratio of component A to B is 1:1 in primer and finish paint. The ratio of A to B is 1:2 in middle coating, which is different than the other layers. |
| The components A and B are specified on the Product Specifications on the bucket top. |
Mixing Order:
| 1. A&B shall mix evenly with different tools, especially component B, otherwise it will have different color in the upper and lower layers in the bucket. |
| 2. Take an appropriate amount of component B in a clean empty bucket. |
| 3. Add an appropriate amount of component A in the bucket. |
| 4. 0-15% water can be added for dilution. |
| 5. Stir for 30-60 seconds with electric mixer or stir manually for 3 minutes to ensure full and even mixing. |
