TT Series of special ceramic filter machines
1. High degree of automation and simple operation.
The production process is automatically controlled by PLC and can work continuously. At the same time, the operating data can be transmitted to the DCS system for remote control.
2. Low energy consumption, low operating costs, high efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
The solid content has always been below 50ppm, which meets China's GB8978-88 environmental emission standards and can be recycled.
3. The overall structure is sturdy and durable.
The material of the contact area between the equipment and the material shall not be lower than 304 stainless steel. The ceramic plate is installed with a solid flange ring and is flat. The mixing system can be configured with pneumatic, mechanical swing, and combined mixing according to the specific gravity of the material, ensuring stability.
4. The integrated drainage system is convenient
The automatic drainage system adopts an integrated drainage tank with low failure rate and easy installation. The drainage system can switch between liquid level drainage and time drainage for easy maintenance.

According to the different particle sizes of the materials, the company has equipped ultrasonic cleaning devices with different frequencies of 20K, 25K, 28K, and 40K, which can achieve over 80% dredging of the filter plate micropores.
