Product Description
We can supply both regular spangle surface and zero spangle surface hot dipped galvanized steel coils/sheets.
Hot dipped galvanized steel sheets are made of high-quality steel substrates, on which a zinc coating is applied. The zinc coating not only provides excellent corrosion resistance but also gives the sheets an attractive appearance with its distinct spangle finish.
Manufacturing Process
The production process typically involves immersing the cleaned steel sheets into a molten zinc bath at a high temperature. The zinc adheres to the surface of the steel, forming a metallurgical bond. As the zinc cools and solidifies, the characteristic spangle pattern is formed. The size and shape of the spangles can be controlled by adjusting factors such as the composition of the zinc bath, the cooling rate, and the addition of certain alloying elements.
