Feature
1. Environmental protection, high efficiency, energy-saving, and clever to eliminate lampblack pollution and conventional glycerin heating dyeing machine's water and electricity consumption
2. To save waiting times, the specially built aluminum alloy carriage performs exceptionally well in the heat preserver and allows the dye beakers to be placed or removed individually.
3. Automatic clockwise and counterclockwise rotating mechanisms and a frequency converter are in charge. The beakers' liquor varies according to the rotational speed that is adjusted. As a result, dye uptake is more consistent. It works well for dying any material to provide the most evenly and flatly colored sample possible.
4.We utilize beakers with capacities of 200, 350, and 420 milliliters for ultra low and high liquid ratio dye, respectively, to accommodate varying textiles and yarns.
5. Provide an LCD temperature controller with 100 programs and 100 steps for setup.
6.It is possible to measure color fastness against washing using 420CC beakers.
