I. Application and characteristics
1.Application
DYNJ-series hydraulic screw-on machine is a machine designed for disassembly and assembly through 360° continuous rotation and is provided with high precision torque automated test system. This machine is mainly used for disassembly and assembly of some cylinder threaded connection parts such as casing collar, tubing collar, oil well pump collar, tool joint, packer adapter, downhole tool and drilling tools in oil field. In addition, it is also feasible to additionally install eccentric adjustment unit, disassemble and assemble eccentric workpiece (with eccentric center quantity: 0~120mm optional).
2.Characteristics
This machine is designed as hydraulic and electromechanical integrated combined type. The peripheral computer console is used to make real-time control on dismantling and assembling machine. Man-machine interface and real-time monitoring system are adopted to realize real-time display of torque, curve and value, accumulate record and preserve parameters, inquire original records and provide report saving and printing functions. In the process of operating, after various parameters have been properly set according to API standard, the workpiece enters equipment through driving line to complete screw-on operation. After the present torque and screw-on position have been met, this machine is automatically stopped and loosened. The machine head and back-up tong are provided with star clamping mechanism (mechanical clamping mechanism, without risk of oil leakage), featuring wide range of clamping and adjustable speed. Within the applicable range of clamping, there is no need for replacement of thread rolling dies plate.
