1) We usually ship small samples by quick express such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX according to customers' destination.
2) Under CIF/FOB price, we arrange the shipment to customers' named warehouse, including the local Chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers are responsible to handle the terminal local charges and customs.
We have 12 product production lines to assemble different types and grades of bicycles. After assembly is completed, workers will use machines to inspect the products. You can choose different layers of cartons for packaging, as well as different packaging methods and protective materials, after packaging, and the products will be delivered to your hands in good condition.

After-Sales Service
1)Quality is the most important thing in the entire team. The design, QA & packaging are all done in-house for efficiency and to standardize a high level of quality control.
2)Warranty is 1 year under normal use (not man-made damage). All bikes and bike parts will be tested before shipping. If you received some bikes that are working, please show the pictures to us or send them back for us to repair or replace.
