Machine Details:
1) Structure:
Assembling structure for easy transport. Ground type with staff access for painting. Constructed of galvanized steel with a high glossy powder coating.
2) Lighting System:
Includes 6 sets of high brightness and energy-saving LED lights, 18W each. Long lifetime with rapid brightness reaching within 1 second.
3) Powder Recovery System:
Features 6 dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and 6 solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V). Automatic pulse blowback for efficient powder recovery.
4) Circulation System:
Equipped with a centrifugal blower with a 7.5kW motor, providing an air flow of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Anti-flame flexible tube connection to the cabin with adjustable exhaust vent in four directions.
5) Blower Holder System:
Constructed with 80*80 square tubes to reduce noise and prevent resonance. Independent from the booth for enhanced stability.
