Buyer is responsible for the costs including maintenance and spare parts if the equipment damage is caused by the buyer's improper use, not caused by the seller's design and manufacturing .If buyer needs seller to send an engineer the installation and training. The buyer should cover the all of expense such as air-tickets, visa, accommodation and local traffic charges, salary(USD 150/day).
