Product Description

The Eco-solvent heat transfer film can transfer the printed pattern directly on the fabrics.

We have 3 kinds of Eco-solvent heat transfer film(Eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, Anti-sublimation Eco-solvent film and Eco-solvent film for light fabrics), and 5 models(ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8,ECO-D6, ECO-L3), every model is with unique characteristic.

We also have Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper.

These products can meet customers' various product performance requirements.

How to work?

Operation Instructions
 
Printing
-Printer setup. Set the print parameters before printing. Print the wanted image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
 
Cutting
-Cut out the image manually or by machine.
-Image Removing
Remove the image printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the pet base to transfer film.
 
Transferring
-Preheat the heat press machine to 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Place the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Press down for 15-30 seconds and then remove the textile, cool peel the transfer film.(The transfer film can be used multiple times.)
 
Washing
-It's best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after the transfer.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water under 40ºC/104ºF.
-Do not use strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Avoid rubbing the transfer pattern when hand washing. -Do not wring.Line-dry in the shade recommended.
-Do not dry clean.
