Operation Instructions
Printing
-Begin by setting up your printer with the desired parameters. Print the selected image onto our high-quality dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting
-Precisely cut out the printed image manually or utilize a cutting machine for enhanced accuracy.
-Image Removing
Gently remove the top layer of the transfer vinyl where the image is printed, separating it from the PET base to prepare for transfer.
Transferring
-Preheat your heat press machine between a cozy 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Carefully position the coating on the textile with the printed image looking up.
-Apply pressure for 15-30 seconds. Remove the textile, allowing it to cool before peeling the transfer film off. Remarkably, the transfer film can be reused multiple times!
Washing
-For best results, avoid washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash with care in cold or warm water, staying under 40ºC/104ºF.
-Please refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Handle with care to avoid rubbing the transfer image when hand washing. -Do not wring. Line-drying in the shade is strongly recommended.
-Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the quality of the design.
