Operation Instructions
Printing
Begin with precision by setting up your printer. Ensure all print parameters are configured for high-quality output. Proceed to print your desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, capturing every detail with clarity.
Cutting
Effortlessly cut out the printed image using either manual techniques or sophisticated machinery.
Image Removing
Skillfully remove the top layer of the printed transfer vinyl from the PET base to release the image onto the transfer film, ready for application.
Transferring
Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F. This ensures optimal transfer results.
Gently position the coating on the textile with the printed image facing upward, preparing it for the pressing process.
Apply firm pressure for 15-30 seconds. Carefully remove the textile and allow the transfer film to cool peel. Remarkably, the transfer film is reusable, enhancing its value.
Washing
For best results, refrain from washing the textile within the first 24 hours post-transfer to ensure durability.
Clean the textile in cold or warm water, ensuring temperatures remain under 40ºC/104ºF to preserve quality.
Avoid using harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently hand wash, taking care not to rub the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade for optimal results.
Refrain from dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of the transfer.
