Printing begins with setting up your printer for perfection. Be sure to adjust every parameter with precision to achieve optimal results. -Printer Setup: Meticulously configure print parameters before beginning your design journey. Print your desired creations onto our exquisite, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, guaranteeing vivid and enduring prints that captivate.
Cutting: Precision is paramount. -Cut Out the Image: Utilize either traditional manual techniques or state-of-the-art machinery to attain exact and precise cuts.
-Image Removing: Separate with artful precision.
Gently remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a pristine and seamless transfer every time.
Transferring: Witness the enchantment of transformation. -Preheat your heat press precisely to a range between 125-165ºC/257-329°F,ensuring the adhesive strength is at its peak for superior results.
-Position the coating expertly on the textile with the printed side facing upwards for an impeccable application.
-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. Revel in the convenience of reusable transfer films for successive applications.
Washing: Preserve the pristine allure of your designs. -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to ensure prolonged quality and vibrancy.
-Choose cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to maintain the luminous brilliance of the design.
-Steer clear of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. We recommend gentle hand washing to avoid abrading the transfer pattern. Do not twist, and line-dry in the shade is preferred for optimal care.
-Eschew dry cleaning to extend the longevity and beauty of your design.
