Efficient Film Stretching Equipment for Wrapping and Fastening Tray Loads

The automatic stretch hooder is designed to package palletized loads using pre-stretched tubular stretch hood film. This automated stretch hood wrapping system secures the stacked pallets tightly by utilizing the recoil force of the pre-stretched film.

The cold-stretch film provides weather-resistant packaging, offering protection against external agents such as dust, rain and snow across 5-6 sides and offering UV protection as well.

Additionally, the high puncture-resistance of the cold-stretch film ensures that the bags remain intact, preventing accidental damage.

The stretch hooding process not only provides enhanced aesthetic appeal but also improves the weather resistance of the wrapped pallets, making them ideal for outdoor storage and sea freight.

Depending on the bag dimensions, the palletizing system can be customized to meet the specific needs of a variety of industries and accommodate various palletizing patterns as required, such as 5 bags per layer, 8 layers or 6 bags per layer, 7 layers, among others (see the diagrams right).
