1. Maintenance and operation are simple and safe. The pump station includes features such as odor removal ventilation pipes, anti-siltation bases, and external valve wells. These design elements eliminate the need for manual sludge removal, reducing safety risks.

3. The HMPP tank utilizes new technology and high-modulus polypropylene material, which is degradable, environmentally friendly, and non-polluting. The three-layer sandwich pipe structure provides high impact resistance, excellent pressure-bearing capability, and recyclable materials, with high strength, zero permeability, and corrosion resistance.
4. The QD-HMPP integrated pump station is pre-assembled in the factory and custom-designed based on actual application scenarios, usage conditions, and user requirements. It offers various pump station combinations, including external valve wells, dry pump stations, wet pump stations, multi-tank parallel pump stations, and pre-screening wells, to meet different environmental conditions and customer needs.

Compared to the single-winding molding which is widely used among the industry, the "twice-winding" process is more complex but results in a tank body with lower stress, no deformation of the rib pipes, and higher strength. For tanks of the same specifications, twice-winding tanks exhibit approximately 15%-33% higher ring stiffness than single-winding tanks.
