Our gear transmission interface features full needle roller bearings without cages, significantly boosting the contact area to enhance the frame's rigidity and the output torque.
The planetarium and output shaft boast an integrated structure, ensuring maximum torsional rigidity while enhancing the compactness of the design.


We utilize synthetic lubricating oil coupled with an IP65-grade seal design, ensuring a leak-free, maintenance-free experience.
The gears are crafted from superior chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, treated with an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates the gear surface hardness to an impressive 1200Hv, with the core hardness tempered to 30HRc, optimizing wear resistance and impact toughness.


By refining the tooth shape and lead of the helical gear surface, we minimize gear impact and noise during engagement and disengagement, resulting in smoother meshing and an extended gear train lifespan.
