Silicone rubber heating plate
Silicone rubber heating plate is mainly composed of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation cloth. Silicone rubber heating plate can be made into various shapes and patterns according to the size of the workpiece.
Silicone rubber heating plate is very thin, light and flexible weight. With this heater, it can be in completely close contact with the heated object, being able to transfer heat wherever needed, improving heat transfer in processing, accelerating heating and reducing power needs. It has good waterproof performance, fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, good toughness, in line with the American UL94-V0 class of flame retardant standards, easy to use, safety life of up to ten years, not easy to aging characteristics. The silicone rubber heating plate is stable, prevents moisture and chemical corrosion. The temperature range can range from-62~235ºC, and the maximum power load is 3.1W / c m2 Because the product is very thin and the heat transfer effect is good, the actual heating element is very close to the workpiece. At present, there are two kinds of circuit form, one is etching circuit method, the maximum width can achieve 360mm, the length is unlimited; heating element is sheet electric heating element structure, it provides more uniform heat field than filamentous electric heating elements, heating time and response time is fast, compared with filamentary electric heating elements, low power load, longer service life. The other is the round silk heating element arrangement method. It is very widely used in the industrial field, medical treatment, laboratory, food, and aviation fields.
