Powder coating booth

1.The Powder booth material can be engineering plastic pp plate, stainless steel plate, double-layer structure or single-layer structure (pp plate material has good insulation and is recommended as the first choice).
2.The long-life coated filter element can filter tiny dust, and the filtered gas can reach the International Standard
3.Environmental Protection emission standard.
4.The powder supply center can be selected to achieve higher efficiency of fast color change.

Big cyclone recovery

High recovery efficiency , the maximum recovery rate of a single time can reach 95%; Adopt pneumatic locking mode, convenient to clean and change color.

Secondary recovery unit

With Toray (Japan) material filter element, the filter system can work with high efficiency for a long time, ensuring the discharge of the filter powder to the lowest, the filtration accuracy of 0.5μm, protecting the environment.

Our powder coating system's design and production all according to customer's requirement(capacity, size of product, size of workshop).

Usually we delivery in 3 working days after we receive you payment. Pack in wooden or catron box, and ship by air or by sea.

1. Air transport  the product arrive in airport and you should go to the airport to take your product                      

2. land transportation  the product arrive in train or bus station and you should go to the there to take your product                      

3. Ocean shipping  the product arrive in shipside  and you should go to the there to take your product                      

4. International express  the machine can arrive the designated place you need not go to port to take your product.

And under 50kg we suggest use express over 50kg you would choose the most suitable shipping for yourself.

Q1. What kind of the paint booth you can supply? 

A1: We could supply the customized design for all the sizes of the work piece you produce. 

Q2. How about the delivery time?

 A2:  The paint booth need about 45 work days from the design to the end of the producing process.

Q3. How to pay the deposit?

 A3: We do the international trade by T/T uaually, 50%T/T for the deposit, 50% T/T for the balance. 

L/C is also acceptable. And we welcome you to coming and checking the quality of the equipment, we will pre install the main parts of the paint booth in our work shop. 

Q4. Difficult to install the paint booth if choose abroad manufacture?

 A4:  Don't worry about that, when we pre install the paint booth before you send the balance and before loading into the container. We will take some pictures and videos, so you will know the main steps for how to install. Also our engineer could go to your country to help you guide the installation. 

Q5. What about the guarantee period?

A5:  You will have 12 months guarantee time for the paint booth, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by UPS. But as we do the pre install before the loading, so this situation won't happen we believe.
