The tin coating produced is semi-bright silver-white, enhancing the solderability and decorative aspects of copper without affecting its conductivity. This product is widely used in electronics industry, furniture appliances, food packaging, and more. It offers excellent oxidation resistance and enhances the appearance of copper workpieces. The product is non-toxic, heavy metal-free, and passes salt spray tests without rusting for over 45 hours. No electroplating equipment is required; simple immersion application suffices, making it convenient and efficient. The tin layer thickness can exceed 20 micrometers, fully meeting the requirements of soldering.
