Manufacturing Process:

   • An electric current is applied, causing metal ions to deposit on the conductive surface of the hole saw.
   • Diamond grit is mixed into the solution, and as the metal is deposited, the diamonds become embedded in the metal layer.

4. Curing and Finishing:

   • After the electroplating process, the hole saw is allowed to cure and harden.
   • Any necessary finishing touches, such as grinding or polishing, are applied to achieve the desired finish.

Maintenance:

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the hole saw with a soft brush or compressed air to remove any debris or buildup.
• Storage: Store the hole saw in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
• Handling: Handle the hole saw carefully to avoid dropping or impacting it, which can cause chips or cracks.
